22 「正像我創造的新天新地永遠長存，你們的子孫和你們的名也要長久流傳。
23 在每月的初一和安息日，各國的人民都要到耶路撒冷來敬拜我。上主這樣宣布了。
24 「他們離開的時候要看見那些背叛我的人的屍體。蛀食他們屍體的蟲永遠不死；焚燒他們的火永不熄滅。普天下的人都要厭棄他們。」

22 “For as the new heavens and the new earth that I make shall remain before me, says the LORD, so shall your offspring and your name remain.
23 From new moon to new moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before me, declares the LORD.
24 “And they shall go out and look on the dead bodies of the men who have rebelled against me. For their worm shall not die, their fire shall not be quenched, and they shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.”

第22節有關「新天新地」，請參六十五章17節。
第23節「月朔」和「安息日」不再適用於基督徒（參西二16），故這些「影兒」不可能再重現。它們在這里是代表其實質意義，就是滿有喜樂地向創造主獻上整個生命。第23節可參但以理書十二章2節及馬可福音九章48節。在會堂中，在讀了24節之後會再讀23節，使這預言結束得較溫和。但這是真實的結束，正如史密夫佐治（G.A. Smith）所說：「這是顯而易見的，若聽見這偉大預言的人，聽見了它美妙的聲音和所有的福音，仍選擇拜偶像，吃豬肉，至死不悟，對這樣真確的神及這樣偉大的恩典，仍毫無反應，這結語是必然的結局。」
