耶利米書18章11-12節

18:11 所以，你要這樣告訴猶大和耶路撒冷人民：我計畫打擊他們，準備懲罰他們。你要勸他們停止作惡，改變他們的所作所為。
18:12 他們要回答：『不！我們何必改過？我們要隨心所欲，順著自己頑固的本性作惡。』」

18:11 Now, therefore, say to the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: ‘Thus says the LORD, Behold, I am shaping disaster against you and devising a plan against you. Return, every one from his evil way, and amend your ways and your deeds.’
18:12 “But they say, ‘That is in vain! We will follow our own plans, and will every one act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart.’
今天的經文，是上帝透過耶利米呼召猶大人要回頭，因為現在祂命定要攻擊猶大人，但是猶大人如果悔改，祂也會照前文所說的，後悔不執行懲罰。
