耶利米書19章10-13節

19:10 接著，上主吩咐我在同行的人面前打碎那瓶子，
19:11 向他們宣布上主—萬軍的統帥所說的話。他說：「我要消滅這人民，粉碎這城，像人打碎了瓶子，不能修補。人要把他們的屍體埋葬在陀斐特，因為別的地方沒有空地好埋葬他們。
19:12 我要照樣對付這城和這裡的居民，使這城變成陀斐特。
19:13 耶路撒冷的房屋，猶大君王的宮殿，以及曾經在屋頂上向星宿燒香、向神明奠酒的房屋，都要像陀斐特一樣，成為不潔的地方。」

19:10 “Then you shall break the flask in the sight of the men who go with you,
19:11 and shall say to them, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts: So will I break this people and this city, as one breaks a potter’s vessel, so that it can never be mended. Men shall bury in Topheth because there will be no place else to bury.
19:12 Thus will I do to this place, declares the LORD, and to its inhabitants, making this city like Topheth.
19:13 The houses of Jerusalem and the houses of the kings of Judah—all the houses on whose roofs offerings have been offered to all the host of heaven, and drink offerings have been poured out to other gods—shall be defiled like the place of Topheth.’”
