耶利米書22章10-12節

22:10 猶大人哪，不要為已故的王哭泣；不要為他哀悼。要為他的兒子約哈斯哭泣；他被擄了，永遠不能回來，不能再看見自己的故土。
22:11 關於繼承他父親約西亞作猶大王的約哈斯，上主這樣說：「他被擄離開這裡，永遠不能回來。
22:12 他要死在流亡的地方，不能再看見這土地。」

22:10 Weep not for him who is dead, nor grieve for him, but weep bitterly for him who goes away, for he shall return no more to see his native land.
22:11 For thus says the LORD concerning Shallum the son of Josiah, king of Judah, who reigned instead of Josiah his father, and who went away from this place: “He shall return here no more,
22:12 but in the place where they have carried him captive, there shall he die, and he shall never see this land again.”
