耶利米書25章30-38節

25:30-31 「耶利米呀，你必須把我告訴你的一切話都轉告他們：
上主要從天上發出震怒，從他神聖的居所發雷霆。他向他的子民怒吼，像踹葡萄的人發出喊聲。他的聲音傳到天涯海角；地上所有的人都能聽到。上主要指控列國。他要審判萬民，處死作惡的人。上主這樣宣布了。
25:32 「上主—萬軍的統帥這樣說：災難就要來臨，從一國到另一國，從地極要掀起一陣大風暴。
25:33 那一天，從地球的一頭到另一頭，到處是被上主擊殺的人的屍體。沒有人哀悼他們，也沒有人收殮埋葬他們。他們要像肥料堆在地面。
25:34 「人民的領袖們哪，我子民的牧者們哪，你們要號咷大哭，在塵土中打滾，哀傷。你們被屠殺的時候快到了；你們要像公羊被宰，
25:35 連一個也逃不了。
25:36-37 你們要號咷大哭，因為上主在烈怒下消滅了你們的國家，使你們安逸的國土成為廢墟。
25:38 上主離棄他的子民，像獅子離開洞穴。戰爭的恐怖和上主的烈怒使這國家變成荒野。」

25:30 “You, therefore, shall prophesy against them all these words, and say to them: “‘The LORD will roar from on high, and from his holy habitation utter his voice; he will roar mightily against his fold, and shout, like those who tread grapes, against all the inhabitants of the earth.
25:31 The clamor will resound to the ends of the earth, for the LORD has an indictment against the nations; he is entering into judgment with all flesh, and the wicked he will put to the sword, declares the LORD.’
25:32 “Thus says the LORD of hosts: Behold, disaster is going forth from nation to nation, and a great tempest is stirring from the farthest parts of the earth!
25:33 “And those pierced by the LORD on that day shall extend from one end of the earth to the other. They shall not be lamented, or gathered, or buried; they shall be dung on the surface of the ground.
25:34 “Wail, you shepherds, and cry out, and roll in ashes, you lords of the flock, for the days of your slaughter and dispersion have come, and you shall fall like a choice vessel.
25:35 No refuge will remain for the shepherds, nor escape for the lords of the flock.
25:36 A voice—the cry of the shepherds, and the wail of the lords of the flock! For the LORD is laying waste their pasture,
25:37 and the peaceful folds are devastated because of the fierce anger of the LORD.
25:38 Like a lion he has left his lair, for their land has become a waste because of the sword of the oppressor, and because of his fierce anger.”
今天的經文是說明上帝將像獅子攻擊獵物一樣審判世界，讓人無處可逃。
